Enamelled Aluminum  Wire has passed UL Authentication, ROHS Authentication and ISO9001: 2000 quality management system.

Features: The Enamelled Aluminium (Copper) Flat Wire is made from the oxygen-free copper pole or the electrician round aluminumpole which go under certain specification mold, then is coated with the insulating plastic several times.

Model: QZ or PEW Applications: mainly used for transformers, motors, generators and various electrical installations in the windings.

Enamelled strip uses the soft aluminum strip that suits the GB5584.3-85 standard which at 20 , the resistivity of it is not more than 0.0280 Ωmm2 / m. According to various electrical insulation requirements, 0.08-0.11mm or 0.12-0.16mm thick film can be chosen as coating. Thermal bonding enamelled self-adhesive strip thickness can be 0.03-0.05 mm generally. Our company use dielectric-loss machine TD11 to select the painting process, to make film sharped more perfect.
